When you submit a project request, contact Vine, request a quote, use a private client gallery or otherwise send information to us, we may receive your name, email, phone number, company, project details, event information, selected photographs and other information you choose to provide.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage projects, deliver client work, maintain our business records, improve the website and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
Client gallery photographs are stored in private file storage and are delivered through time-limited access links after the gallery access rules are satisfied. Gallery access codes, expiration settings, download permissions and favorite selections are controlled by Vine through VMOS.
The standard camera and black-and-white demo effects are handled in your browser. When you intentionally choose an AI effect and confirm the disclosure, the captured image is sent to an AI image service so the requested transformation can be created. Vine does not intentionally retain the demo image after processing. Do not use the demo with an image you are not authorized to submit.
We use limited website analytics to understand page use, service interest and conversion paths. We also keep operational records needed to prevent spam, excessive automated requests and abuse. Rate-limit identifiers are generated as one-way hashes rather than stored as raw visitor IP addresses in the rate-limit table.
Vine uses technology providers for website hosting, file storage, email delivery, database services and AI processing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide the requested service or operate our systems.
We keep business and project information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal or accounting requirements, security, and ongoing client service. You may contact us to ask about information associated with you or to request a correction or deletion where appropriate.
